Product Engineer

We're looking for exceptional, product‑mindful software engineers at all levels to join our engineering team. In this role you will build high‑quality product features and systems using the latest in AI, owning meaningful problem spaces end‑to‑end and having a direct impact on customers as we scale.

• Join a Skilled Team. Become part of one of Europe’s fastest‑growing software companies, working alongside experienced full‑stack product engineers.
• Direct Product Impact. Shape key product decisions, including roadmap prioritisation, technical direction, user experience, and implementation strategy.
• Work with Modern Technology. Our stack is Type Script across the stack, React, Postgres, AWS serverless infrastructure, Pulumi, and Git Hub Actions. We use Datadog, Meticulous, and Incident.io.
• AI‑Native Development. Engineers use Claude Code and agentic workflows to write, review, and ship code faster, and our product is built on AI agents that automate complex procurement workflows.
• End‑to‑End Ownership. Own projects from initial idea through design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Continuous Delivery. Deploy small incremental changes multiple times per day, enabling rapid iteration and fast customer feedback loops.
• Tackle Scalability Challenges. Help scale our systems, architecture, and engineering practices while maintaining performance, reliability, and developer velocity.
• Collaboration and Autonomy. Operate as a high‑trust team, taking ownership while collaborating closely to solve difficult problems.
• Customers at the Center. Engage directly with customers to understand their problems and gather feedback.

• You’re experienced with building web apps, having designed and implemented features from start to finish, full‑stack, using Type Script and ideally AWS serverless.
• You’re motivated by impact. You care about what your work actually achieves, not just how it’s built. You want to ship things that move the needle for real customers.
• You know what exceptional looks like. You understand how to build highly reliable, well‑architected products and have worked with best‑in‑class tooling across AWS, IaC, and observability.
• You’re ready to get a lot done. You enjoy all aspects of building a product and are comfortable moving across the stack.
• You crave ownership. You gravitate towards the meatiest engineering problems and take on bigger challenges.
• You’re a team builder. You are a team player, excited by maximizing team performance.

• You’ve performed exceptionally at something else—academics, sport, or work—and have gone above and beyond the norm.
• You love engineering. It’s more than a job; you contribute to open source or side projects and are confident tackling ambiguous problems.
