Location: Greater London
Amber Labs is a UK technology consultancy seeking an experienced Service Designer with active SC clearance to join a Central Government engagement. You will map end-to-end services, uncover pain points, and redesign public-facing and internal journeys that are inclusive, accessible, and aligned to user needs.
You will work with researchers, policy experts, interaction designers and developers to ensure outcomes across whole services, not just interfaces, while adhering to GDS Service Standards.
