• This role is ideal for a developer with solid Service Now platform experience who enjoys building high‑quality solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously developing their technical skills.
• You’ll work alongside experienced engineers, product managers and business stakeholders to deliver new capabilities and enhancements across our Service Now platform.
• Develop, configure and maintain solutions on the Service Now platform.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions with support from senior engineers where required.
• Build, test and deploy platform enhancements following established engineering practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and fellow engineers to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, refinement and retrospectives.
• Support integration development using REST/SOAP APIs where required.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve production defects.
• Contribute to code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Produce clear technical documentation for delivered solutions.

• Previous experience developing on the Service Now platform.
• Hands‑on experience developing Service Portal solutions.
• Strong Service Now platform development experience.
• Strong JavaScript development skills.
• Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts and UI Policies.
• Experienced developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Experience working with an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to the Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
• Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD).
