In the last 90 days alone, our users launched 2.3M+ ads across 194,000+ batches, and we serve about 10,000 marketers daily at brands like Canva, Stanley, Wise, NordVPN, and Perplexity.

Now we’re building AI‑powered tools to programmatically create, launch, and manage ads. This is where you come in.

This is a designer‑first role with real ownership. You'll design and ship the interfaces that top advertisers use to launch and manage hundreds of thousands of ads a month: dense data tables, real‑time sync from Meta, and workflows spanning a dozen ad platforms.

• Own the look, feel, and UX of a product launching millions of ads a quarter.
• Talk to customers, understand their actual problems, and design the shortest path to the outcome they want.
• Take complex, data‑heavy workflows and make them radically simple: cut clicks, cut screens, cut confusion.
• Prototype and build with Claude Code, Codex, and Claude Design; refine your work into pixel‑accurate, accessible, reusable production components.
• Build and maintain our design system: spacing, typography, colour, motion, components.
• Ship features end to end: idea → design → build → polish.
• Level up your engineering skills with support from experienced engineers and founders.

• Product obsession: you start from the customer’s problem, not the pixels; you measure your work by outcomes achieved, not screens designed.
• Belief that simplicity is beautiful: you instinctively remove steps rather than add options.
• Design‑first mentality: you obsess over spacing, hierarchy, typography, motion, and clean, consistent UI.
• Portfolio of shipped product design work (web apps, dashboards, or tools are a big plus).
• Willingness to build what you design, and openness to learn Claude Code and Codex; some HTML/CSS or React experience helps but curiosity and learning speed matter more.
• Sensitivity to details that other people miss.
• Concern for UX, performance, and design systems.
• Clear communication, speed, and fit in a startup culture.

• Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar AI build tools.
• Experience with React/Next.js or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience designing data‑heavy products, dashboards, or B2B SaaS.
• Familiarity with ad platforms (Meta, Tik Tok, Instagram) as a user or designer.

• Design and ship product used by about 10,000 marketers daily.
• Learn to build with AI tools alongside experienced engineers and founders.
• Solve hard UX challenges in adtech.
• Own what you design and shape our product culture.
• Grow into a Lead Design role as the company scales.

• Take‑home task: redesign a small section of a sample UI and explain your thinking. If you can prototype it with an AI tool, that’s a plus.
