• Collaborate with engineering leadership and Dev Ops to optimize CI/CD pipelines and define architectural patterns for long-term maintainability.

• Possesses over 7 years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a senior leadership or mentoring role.
• Demonstrates deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and building distributed systems with a strong focus on fault tolerance and consistency.
• Has a proven track record of designing and operating cloud-native microservices, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.
