Senior Engineer – Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Working within the Salesforce Platform team and alongside other engineering teams to identify and design product agnostic Salesforce capabilities.
• Designing and improving Salesforce integration solutions with a focus on event sourcing approaches.
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to invest in Agentic AI and utilise Agentforce to deliver transformational change.
• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day-to-day.

• Several years experience as a Salesforce Developer with Sales and Service Cloud including both Apex and LWCs. Preferably with Salesforce Certification.
• Experience with Cloud Infrastructure, preferably AWS.
• Good understanding of Software Architecture and patterns and an understanding of how to apply that knowledge to Salesforce, experience of Event Driven architectures would be a bonus.
• Experience with Salesforce systems that are heavily integrated to other systems in real-time.
• Experience with development tooling including CI/CD, Git and approaches to packaging.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
