Senior Front-End Engineer (Vue.js) | Hybrid in Central London (Remote for right candidate) | Up to £100k DOE

Having successfully built a profitable software platform serving thousands of customers globally, the business is now bringing technology ownership fully in-house and building an internal engineering function.

This is an opportunity to join at an exciting stage of the company's journey and play a key role in shaping the future of the technology organisation. You'll work closely with senior leadership, helping establish engineering standards, technical direction, development processes and best practices as the team continues to grow.

As a senior member of the engineering team, you'll take ownership of the front-end experience across a platform used by thousands of customers globally.

• Leading development of modern, scalable front-end applications using Vue.js
• Taking ownership of user-facing features from concept through to delivery
• Helping establish front-end engineering standards, processes and best practices
• Driving improvements in testing, performance, accessibility and maintainability
• Working closely with product, design and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences
• Contributing to architectural decisions and front-end platform evolution
  
  Mentoring engineers as the team grows
• Helping shape the company's AI-assisted engineering strategy

• Strong commercial experience building and maintaining production Vue.js applications
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and front-end design patterns
• Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services
• Strong appreciation for performance optimisation, accessibility and responsive design
• Experience working with automated testing and modern CI/CD practices
• Experience owning features end-to-end from development through to deployment
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment

• Vue 3 and Composition API experience
• Experience working closely with Ruby on Rails or similar backend platforms
• Web Sockets and real-time application experience
• Experience building complex SaaS products
• AI-assisted development workflows and tooling
• Startup or scale-up experience
• Experience contributing to design systems or shared component libraries
