You’re a passionate engineer and hands‑on leader that is razor‑focused on delivering measurable value through your own contributions and those of your team. • Lead a small group of talented engineers building and enhancing features for
• Collaborate cross‑functionally (Web, API, Design, Data) to gain a deep understanding of our product, users, and priorities.
• Develop, pitch and deliver product ideas and improvements that align with business needs.
• Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and high standards.
• Maintain and evolve our front‑end platform, ensuring it meets availability/performance needs and is optimized for fast, frictionless development.
• Support team members in their growth and development, empowering them to achieve career goals and deliver exceptional work.
• Use data to drive decisions, insights, and continuous improvement.

• Expert in front‑end technologies including Node, Type Script, React, Next.js.
• Experience building web applications at scale.
• Experience with functional programming.
• Meaningful experience building features related to Search, SEO, and Ecommerce.
