• Ultra‑low‑latency trading systems in C++ and/or Rust
• Concurrency, multithreading, lock‑free systems, and memory optimisation
• Kernel‑level and networking engineering - not application‑layer abstraction
• Throughput/latency tradeoffs, cache efficiency, and real‑time data ingestion
• Reliability engineering across a globally distributed exchange infrastructure

• Strong C++ or Rust proficiency - willingness to work in Rust is non‑negotiable
• 3-6 years in performance‑critical software engineering
• Deep systems‑level knowledge: concurrency, networking, distributed systems
• Background from a trading firm, crypto exchange, or big tech with a strong systems focus
• Composure under pressure within a fast‑moving, front‑office environment
