• Responsible for the full integration development life cycle that includes requirements gathering, design, build, test, deploy and maintenance of scalable integration solutions.
• Gather requirements for new integrations through collaboration with cross‑functional business teams and develop the solution to meet the business needs.
• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of existing integrations and ensure they continue to meet the needs of the business.
• Monitor existing integrations and troubleshoot and correct any errors or failures on a timely basis to confirm minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors to develop and test external Workday integrations.
• Create and maintain design documents and technical support documents for all Workday integrations.
• Act as the subject matter expert on the technical procedures and processes to perform mass data loads and assist other users with data load tools (e.g., EIBs).
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Workday, using Workday Extend.
• Support testing for semi‑annual Workday releases.
• Participate in the Workday Community and other resources, including training and user groups, to establish awareness of current trends, enhancements, and system bugs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Extensive experience with the Workday platform, including application configuration, implementations, and interrelationships with other systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools (Studio, EIB, Connectors, Web Services, Document Transformation) as well as custom reports, calculated fields and BIRT layouts.
• Understanding of Workday Extend and ability to help design, build and create Extend applications.
• Outstanding organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams to drive projects, gather requirements, provide development estimates, and meet expected delivery timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills needed to work effectively with non‑technical functional team members and business owners.
• Ability to adapt to multiple changing business priorities with calm and ease.
• Motivated and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate with other high‑performing team members.
