Responsibilities
- Lead on complex builds and support the resolution of difficult production issues.
- Set the technical work standards for the team.
- Manage two Technical Consultants, helping them grow as engineers.
- Collaborate closely with the Dynamics Field Service Architect to turn designs into resilient solutions.
- Substantial hands‑on experience building, extending, and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions.
- Strong working knowledge of the wider Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Strong development skills across relevant stack (C#, JavaScript or Type Script, plugins, Logic Apps, Power Automate).
- Practical experience with Dynamics ALM, environment strategy, source control, and release pipelines.
- Experience leading or mentoring more junior technical staff.
Demonstrates extensive hands‑on experience in building and supporting Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions, along with strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, and Type Script. Proven ability to lead and mentor technical staff while collaborating effectively with architects to deliver resilient solutions.
