We're looking for a product-minded Senior Engineer to help design and scale a modern platform, working closely with Product and Design to shape what gets built-not just how.

• Build and scale backend-leaning, full-stack systems in a product-driven team
• Partner closely with Product & Design to shape solutions and scope
• Own key technical decisions, from system design to delivery
• Raise the bar on code quality, testing, and engineering standards
• Help evolve how the team builds software, including AI-assisted workflows

• Strong backend or full-stack experience with solid system design skills
• Experience working in product-led, cross-functional teams
• High standards for code quality, robustness, and testing
• Product mindset-you care about solving the right problems
• Interest in modern engineering practices, including AI-enabled development
