Elite 3E Senior Developer

Salary: £85,000 - 85,000 per year

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Elite 3E IDE 2.7.
• Strong knowledge of , .NET Framework, XML, XSLT and XPath.
• Excellent experience with MS Fabric and medallion architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and T‑SQL.
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops.
• Power Platform experience, including Power BI, Power Apps, Logic Apps and Power Automate, is highly advantageous.
• Experience with Elite 3E Templates / Design Gallery is a strong plus.
• Microsoft SQL Reporting Services experience is beneficial.
• Prior experience in finance or legal environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of software development techniques for business‑critical systems.
• Analytical, inquisitive approach with the ability to diagnose complex issues.

• Lead in‑house customisation and development within Elite 3E.
• Build performant, scalable solutions using , SQL, XML, XSLT and XPath.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and functional experts to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Communicate effectively across all levels, including complex technical and business discussions.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the design process.
• Produce structured, reusable and well‑documented code aligned with coding standards and quality controls.
• Champion development best practices and continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support to colleagues across the Global Finance Group.
• Work directly with external vendors, particularly Elite, to implement and troubleshoot 3E solutions.

We are a global law firm operating in 30 countries, and this is an outstanding permanent opportunity to join our Group Finance Technology Team. We are seeking a Senior Elite 3E Developer to lead in‑house customisation of Elite 3E PMS. This is a hands‑on, technically challenging role at the centre of our Elite 3E practice management platform, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact across a major global organisation.

The role is based in the City of London with a hybrid working arrangement of 60% office and 40% remote. The package includes a salary of £73k-£85k, bonus and excellent benefits.
