Back End Developer

Senior Developer, Back End, API, .Net SQL, NW London to £80K (office based role)

A Senior Back End Developer is required to join this established financial software house based in North London. They work with some of the leading brands in retail and media, offering financial management systems developed in house by their small dynamic team of tech professionals. Due to growth a Senior Developer is required with expertise in .NET, C# / VB, SQL Server, and SAP Business One integration.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in RESTful API development, database optimization, and Azure Dev Ops pipeline management. Knowledge of API security, CI/CD automation, and Swagger documentation is recommended.

Responsibilities

• API Development:
  Build and maintain RESTful APIs in  and C#, integrating with SQL Server and SAP Business One backend tables
• Database Management:
  Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and indexing strategies to efficiently handle large datasets
• Performance Optimization:
  Monitor and enhance API performance, database query execution, and application scalability
• Documentation:
  Maintain clear and detailed documentation for APIs, database structures and all the back-end infrastructure
