Senior Software Engineer

We're partnering with an innovative Health Tech company that is transforming how healthcare providers identify risks, deliver preventative care, and improve patient outcomes through advanced technology and data-driven insights.

Their multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, researchers, and clinicians is building intelligent software solutions that analyse large-scale healthcare data to support proactive and personalised patient care.

As a Software Engineer, you ll be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable cloud-based services that power critical healthcare applications. You ll collaborate closely with product, data, and clinical teams to develop robust solutions that have a direct impact on patient care.

• Building and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs
• Writing clean, tested, and maintainable code
• Developing data ingestion and processing pipelines
• Deploying and managing cloud-native applications
• Contributing to architectural decisions across infra, automation, and Dev Ops practices
• Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to deliver new features
• Coaching & mentoring engineers - with pathways into squad leadership

• Experience building and deploying applications in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Experience working with SQL and/or No
  
  SQL databases
• Experience developing data ingestion or ETL pipelines
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Cloud Formation, or similar
• Experience working with serverless architectures (AWS Lambda or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work within cross-functional teams
• Experience with Node.js
• Previous experience in Health Tech, Med Tech, or data-intensive environments
