London | Hybrid | £110k–£140k + Bonus + Equity
Technical Lead sought by leading Fintech organisation based in central London
.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Lead Engineer, Staff Engineer or Engineering Manager
- Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Strong AWS and distributed systems knowledge
- Experience building and operating high-volume platforms
- Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical decisions
- Strong product mindset with the ability to balance customer value and technical quality
- Fintech, banking, payments,savings, wealth, digital experience
- Knowledge of regulated environments
- Experience implementing AI developer tooling
This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical strategy, architecture, engineering leadership and product partnership
