Engineering Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Engineering Manager to champion this change. • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering career development and technical growth.

• Leadership
  
  Experience:
  
  2+ years managing, coaching, and recruiting software engineering talent. We're happy to consider candidates that are already mentoring and leading, but want to officially step into their first EM role.
• Technical Background: 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, including cloud services and distributed systems.
• Agile Practices: Proven track record in agile delivery, system architecture design, and problem-solving.
