Join as the first dedicated product hire building an AI-powered lead generation platform for venture capital and private equity firms. You will own features end-to-end, from customer discovery to shipping production code. Working directly with the CTO, you will define the technical architecture and scale automated investment sourcing workflows.

• Founding position with significant equity and the ability to influence core architectural decisions at day one.
• High market traction with existing revenue, paying customers, and a waitlist of global asset managers.
• Fast-paced environment utilizing advanced agentic development workflows to ship high-impact features every week.

• Own the full product lifecycle by talking to customers, designing solutions, and building feature sets.
• Develop complex data pipelines, CRM integrations, and network visualization interfaces using Python and SQL.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and CI/CD deployments while optimizing the platform's proprietary machine learning scoring system.

• 1–3 years of experience in a backend-leaning full stack role, ideally within a startup environment.
• Strong technical foundations in Python, FastAPI, and Postgres with a high comfort level in GCP or similar cloud services.
• Product-minded builder who enjoys customer interaction and taking full ownership of entire product features.
