Founding Engineering Leader (CTO ​/ VP Engineering

We're partnering with one of the most ambitious AI startups in Europe, building a proactive AI assistant designed to help billions of users automate conversations, workflows and everyday tasks.

The product is being built around autonomous AI agents, persistent memory, multi-step reasoning and reliable task execution-solving some of the hardest engineering challenges in production AI.

We're looking for a Founding CTO to define the company's technical vision and build the engineering organisation from the ground up.

• Define the long-term technology strategy
• Architect highly scalable AI-native systems
• Build reliable multi-agent and autonomous AI platforms
• Lead decisions across LLM infrastructure, distributed systems and developer platforms
• Recruit and mentor a world-class engineering team
• Establish engineering culture, technical standards and hiring practices
• Partner directly with the founders on product and company strategy

Experience with technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Lang Graph, Lang Chain, Kubernetes, Kafka, Vector Databases, RAG, MCP, Temporal or similar would be highly advantageous.
