Anima is a YC W21 and $12M Series A healthtech company building an AI-powered clinical OS serving 20% of the UK population. With $20M+ ARR and a high-caliber team of 35 people - over half of whom are former VC-backed founders - Anima is modernizing healthcare workflows across 1,100+ clinics while remaining cash-flow positive.

As a Product Builder at Anima, you will own critical clinical surfaces end-to-end. You’ll identify user problems, form product hypotheses, and ship high-impact solutions at extreme velocity. Working alongside a team of former founders, you’ll bridge the gap between user insight and technical implementation to improve patient care for millions across the UK.

• Work on a product with massive scale and traction, including $20M+ ARR and a footprint that covers 20% of the UK population across more than 1,100 clinical sites.
• Experience true end-to-end ownership, moving from clinical workflow observation to shipping production-ready features in weeks rather than quarters, supported by an AI-native stack and agentic workflows.

• Identify and decompose ambiguous clinical and operational problems by speaking directly with users to understand broken workflows and forming sharp, testable product hypotheses.
• Lead the design and implementation of simple, elegant product solutions, partnering closely with engineering and leveraging AI agents to accelerate prototyping and production cycles.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery through launch, consistently monitoring post-launch outcomes to validate if the shipped product actually solved the intended user problem.

• You have a proven track record of building and shipping user-facing products with measurable traction, preferably as a founder or early employee at a fast-growing startup.
• You possess exceptional product sense and taste, with the ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive workflows that feel "right" to users while maintaining a high quality bar.
• You are technically fluent and comfortable reasoning about APIs, data models, and implementation tradeoffs, utilizing AI tools and agents as a serious multiplier for your building capability.
