DDN is seeking a Senior Designated Support Engineer to bring deep expertise in high-performance storage systems across the EMEA region. You will work with customers, engineering, and global support to diagnose and resolve complex challenges and ensure the reliable operation of DDN’s storage platforms.
You will own escalations, guide troubleshooting, and contribute to product quality while mentoring junior engineers. Expect rotating on-call duties and occasional travel within EMEA.
