Location: Greater London
- Hands-on Service Now development experience, ideally 3+ years.
- Strong experience with HRSD module, including HR services, case management, COEs, and employee life cycle processes.
- Solid knowledge of Service Now core components:
Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions/UI Policies, Flow Designer & Legacy workflows, ACLs, notifications, reports and dashboards. - Test automation experience with Service Now ATF, including designing, maintaining, and executing automated tests.
- Proficiency in JavaScript; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Experience working in agile delivery teams.
