We’re hiring an Automations Engineer to build the systems that run our influencer and creator marketing program  the program grows, nearly every step—discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, and payments—can be automated. You’ll own that automation layer end-to-end: designing, building, and maintaining the workflows and integrations that let a lean team manage thousands of creators without manual busywork.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on builder who is equally comfortable in no‑code and low‑code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and writing custom code (Python or JavaScript) against APIs. You think in systems, care about reliability and clean data, and get satisfaction from replacing a manual process with a workflow that just runs. This role is highly cross‑functional and will partner closely with the influencer/creator team, marketing ops, finance, legal, and data/BI.
