Founded in January 2026 by industry veterans from Amazon and WPP, Defyner translates creative strategy into machine-usable guidance, allowing global brands to deploy multi-agent workflows that run securely inside their own infrastructure.

Own the end-to-end delivery of multi-agent workflows for enterprise clients, turning creative strategy into production-grade systems. You will architect brand-safe AI operations, design evaluation harnesses to catch hallucinations or tonal drift, and build 'Brand Code'—the machine-readable foundation layer that ensures AI outputs remain consistent with a company’s unique voice and identity.

• Design and ship brand-safe multi-agent workflows that automate complex marketing tasks while enforcing creative constraints and compliance rules.
• Build comprehensive evaluation suites and scorecards that monitor agent performance to catch brand drift, hallucinations, and tonal mismatches in real-time.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate high-level brand positioning and voice guidelines into structured, machine-readable constraints and logic.

• Proven experience building, debugging, and deploying production-grade multi-agent systems and tool-using agentic applications.
• Strong technical fluency combined with a genuine instinct for brand identity and the ability to translate creative judgment into machine guidance.
• Comfortable operating in a high-ownership 0→1 environment, taking responsibility for client relationships and building the technical delivery playbook from scratch.
