As a Back End Engineer at Thought Machine, you will lead the development of Vault, a modern API-first platform replacing decades-old banking infrastructure. Working with Python or Golang, you'll design scalable microservices and own production deployments, collaborating directly with tier-one banks to scope and deliver mission‑critical financial technology.

• Has 6+ years of experience as a software engineer with deep proficiency in either Python or Golang for building distributed systems.

• Exhibits strong communication skills for client‑facing projects, including the ability to scope deliverables and define technical requirements.
