Software Engineer (Python / Java) – Up to £120,000 + Bonus + Package

Salary: Up to £120,000 + Bonus + Package

• Building highly scalable, low-latency backend systems using Python or Java
• Designing and developing high-performance distributed systems that process large volumes of financial data
• Collaborating with a handpicked group of top-tier engineers across software engineering, infrastructure, and quantitative technology

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of commercial software engineering experience
• Strong programming skills in Python or Java
• A solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
• Experience building projects through internships, placements, personal projects, or commercial work
• A genuine passion for software engineering and solving complex technical problems
