125000 - 160000 per annum + bonus + benefits London Permanent Python , React, SQL, AWS, Compliance, Market Surveillance McGregor Boyall are partnered with a fast-growing multi-strategy investment firm building their entire Operations and Compliance platforms from the ground up. The firm is growing it's AUM and staff headcount and currently fit's into the small-mid scale of funds in London.

This is greenfield development, not legacy maintenance. You're architecting the foundational infrastructure that scales with a rapidly expanding hedge fund. The initial focus is around data feeds and tools for trade compliance/ surveillance.

The fund blends startup velocity with institutional backing - quick decisions, enterprise resources, and compensation that reflects the front-office impact. This role requires 5 days per week onsite in London

Required skills:

- 2-7 years' experience as a Python Developer
- Strong Front end experience with React/ Typescript
- Proven expertise working in trade surveillance, regulatory reporting or compliance

Nice to have:

- AWS- SQL- REST APIs
