As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering products that directly influence customer experience, business growth, and the future direction of our technology ecosystem.

What You'll DoAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you'll work across the entire technology lifecycle, from product discovery and solution design to deployment and continuous improvement.

You will:

Design, build, and operate scalable full-stack applications using Java and React Deliver intuitive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences

Develop secure, resilient, and observable backend services and APIsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Designers, and Engineering leaders to solve complex business challenges

Contribute to architectural decisions and influence long-term technical direction

Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices

Design and maintain cloud-native solutions on Azure Implement Infrastructure as Code and modern Dev Ops practices to improve deployment velocity and platform reliability

Promote AI-assisted software development by leveraging tools such as Git Hub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar technologies

Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence

Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce technical debt, and improve platform scalability

Participate in operational support, incident response, and continuous service improvement initiatives

Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of professional software engineering experience

Strong experience developing enterprise applications using Java 11+ and related technologies

Extensive experience building modern web applications with React, Type Script, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs and distributed services

Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, design patterns, and system design principles

Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing frameworks

Experience working within Agile software delivery environments

Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, including Terraform Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical experience)

Preferred Qualifications Experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure Knowledge of Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Service Bus, and Event Hub

Experience with event-driven and microservices architectures

Experience implementing identity and authentication solutions using Azure AD, Azure AD B2C, AWS Cognito, or similar platforms

Experience working with observability, monitoring, and operational tooling

Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering practices and developer productivity platforms

Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives Technical Environment You will work with technologies including:
