-London | ONLY 1 day per week in the office and 4 days from home.

We're seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of a growing SaaS platform. This role combines technical leadership, software engineering, and team mentorship, offering the opportunity to influence both product direction and engineering culture.

Key Requirements Strong software engineering background with leadership experience.

Advanced Python development skills (FastAPI desirable).

Experience with SQL, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and scalable systems.

Exposure to React/Type Script is advantageous.

Experience with in SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven platforms is beneficial.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Must hold, or be eligible for, SC Clearance.
