Our Product & Engineering Team:

Our Salesforce Team:

You’ll join the Salesforce engineering team within Liberis’ wider Technology function. The team owns and evolves the Salesforce platform that underpins how Liberis acquires, onboards, and supports merchants and partners across 15 markets. They also work closely with other engineering development teams, product teams, and business functions such as commercial and operations to turn business needs into reliable, well-built Salesforce solutions.

The role:

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you’ll take ownership of complex Salesforce solutions from discovery through to production. You’ll work across both code and configuration, making informed technical decisions around architecture, automation, integrations, security, and maintainability.

You’ll be trusted to take ambiguous or complex requirements, work with stakeholders to understand the underlying problem, and shape a solution that is scalable and aligned with the wider Salesforce platform.

You’ll remain hands-on with Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and declarative tooling, while also acting as a technical point of reference for other members of the team. You’ll review code and designs, support colleagues through challenging technical problems, and help improve the engineering practices that underpin how Salesforce changes are developed and released.

Success in the role means consistently delivering high-quality solutions with a high degree of autonomy, making sound technical decisions, and having a positive impact on both the platform and the engineers around you.

What you’ll get to do:

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, and Salesforce configuration.

Own complex features and technical changes end to end, from understanding the business problem and shaping the technical approach through to testing, release, and production support.

Make and contribute to technical design decisions across areas such as object modelling, automation, security and sharing, integrations, and platform architecture.

Build and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and other appropriate integration patterns.

Identify technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
