Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Senior C# Winforms .net Developer to join our high profile client.
Our client is a $5 billion strong systematic quant commodity trading fund with excellent recent performance.
The role will involve all aspects of software development in a Microsoft Windows C# SQL environment, reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer and head of Development.
The client offers a bonus to all employees as a result of the fund’s performance from day 1. The fund is completely quant based so if development and the latest tech and making very serious bonuses are of interest this is the right client.
Applicants should possess strong software engineering skills, a logical approach to problem solving and be able to prioritise work under pressure (main dev language C# .NET and Winforms with a SQL database).The environment is that of Facebook or Google, relaxed open with time to think and make the right decisions. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed with an open dress code.
This is a role for techies, those who are motivated by the sharp end of technology and the possibility of making serious money doing something you are passionate about.
Responsibilities:– Prototyping– Rapid iterative solutions– System analysis, design, coding and testing of multi-asset trading system C# and SQL– Interact with Trading, Research and other technical groups to understand the business requirements.
C# Developers MUST have:
An MSc/BSc in computing or mathematics
High competence in C# and Winforms Commercial exposure to C# for more than 5 years
Experience in a Fund or Prop ShopOO development and SQL database design
This role is for candidates who have a deep understanding of code not just the ability to read the language, expectations are high so if you are not a serious developer, don’t waste your time.
