We're looking for a product-minded Engineering Lead to own a cross-functional squad and drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you'll doLead a small team within a product squad, partnering closely with Product & Design Shape roadmap, not just deliver it-owning both the what and the how Translate strategy into scalable, well-architected solutions
Stay hands-on where needed-coaching, unblocking, and raising engineering standards
Improve how software gets built (tooling, workflows, AI adoption)
What we're looking for Experience leading engineers in product-driven teams
Strong track record of delivering customer and commercial impact
Solid system design + modern full-stack or backend experience
Pragmatic, outcome-focused mindset
