We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) and Salesforce Core to design, develop, and optimize scalable solutions tailored to business needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Omni Studio tools, core Salesforce development capabilities, and deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, industry-specific, and core Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Development:

Design and implement both Salesforce Core and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions, including custom applications, OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and Flex Cards.

Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.

Configure and optimize Vlocity CPQ, product catalog, and order management for industry-specific solutions.

Customization and Configuration:

Configure Salesforce Core functionalities, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and process automation.

Leverage Salesforce declarative tools to create efficient, scalable solutions that align with business needs.

Customize and integrate Vlocity features to support industry-specific workflows, including quoting, pricing, and order orchestration.

System Integration:

Design and develop integrations between Salesforce Core, Vlocity, and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Vlocity Data Raptors.

Ensure seamless data flow across integrated systems, maintaining data accuracy and performance.

Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration challenges.

Performance Optimization:

Optimize Salesforce Core and Vlocity solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Implement best practices for both Vlocity and Salesforce Core development.

Collaboration and Documentation:

Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Document technical designs, workflows, and solution architectures for both Vlocity and Salesforce Core implementations.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to peer developers as needed.

Testing and Deployment:

Conduct unit, integration, and performance testing for all developed solutions.

Support deployments across multiple environments using CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve post-deployment issues, ensuring seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong knowledge of Salesforce Core.
1+ years of hands-on experience with Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) tools and features.

Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Salesforce Core and Vlocity solutions.

Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce Core development, including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
