Experience they are looking for in Java Developers:

Core Java Developing software from scratch WITHOUT the use of frameworks e.g. Spring

Multithreading TDD, CI/CD, Paired-programming environment

Data structures, algorithms, threads

Working in a modern Fin Tech environment e.g. startup is a plus

An interest in the financial sector, FX and trading
