Full Stack Java Software Engineer

Full Stack Java Spring Software Engineer 100,000 Plus Bens Quant Capital is urgently looking for a Java Software Engineer for our high profile investment management vendor. Our client is a well known global wealth management HFT software business. They provide valuations and pricing of derivatives to most of the buy side. I am seeking a Java developer to work as part of a larger development team focused on driving innovation across a cloud-enabled, microservices platform for the Institutional & Investment Management division This is an opportunity for an individual with a strong software development background.

The applicant will be responsible for design, development and maintenance of my clients main pricing analytical library in Java. Day to Day Java Developers will:
• Design, develop, code review and support a suite of Java based web applications to build and maintain payment system
• Deliver expert, hands-on technical support for urgent troubleshooting
• Train team to provide quality technical deliverables and timely support resolutions
• Learn about clients businesses to provide the best solutions
• Learn and develop their global payments platform. Java Developers Must Have:
• Strong technical skills in Java, web and relational database technologies
• In-depth experience with unit testing, integration testing, and load testing
• Full lifecycle development experience with applications deployed on Linux
• Spring, Spring MVC, REST web services and GIT Version Control
• Strong understanding of Java, Spring framework, UI Design & design patterns.
• Good understanding of HTML , CSS & JavaScript .
• Knowledge of Unix / Linux operating system
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes and Dev Ops principles. My client is based in London 1 day per week in the office (over a month) Get:
