Responsibilities Own end-to-end architecture across mobile, web, backend, hardware, data and AI systems

Define long-term technical vision, engineering standards and architectural principles

Lead predictable, high-quality delivery aligned to business priorities and revenue goals

Provide leadership, accountability and direction for a multidisciplinary team of ~25 engineers

Partner with Product, Operations and Commercial teams to drive customer success, retention and growth

Requirements

Senior engineering leadership in SaaS or technology-driven environments

Proven experience leading and scaling multidisciplinary teams of 20+ engineers

Deep understanding of modern data architectures, distributed systems and AI/ML integration

Track record of aligning technology strategy with commercial outcomes
