Toutix is a venture-backed London startup building the fan-data intelligence layer for live events. Backed by world-leading growth investors, they are replacing legacy systems like Ticketmaster with a white-label platform featuring a Fan Passport identity layer, CRM, and the AI-driven  Fan Oracle  to give organizers ownership of their fan data.

As the founding engineer and first senior hire at Toutix, you will work directly with the CTO to architect and build a high-concurrency ticketing and intelligence platform from scratch. You’ll solve complex problems involving massive traffic spikes, multi-tenant data isolation, and real-time fan signal processing while shaping the company's technical culture.

• Architect and build the core multi-tenant platform, ensuring reliability through systematic automated verification, synthetic monitoring, and self-healing agent-driven triaging.
• Design high-concurrency systems to handle massive ticket on-sale spikes, implementing idempotent checkout flows and fair queueing to prevent inventory double-selling.
• Co-design the Fan Oracle data pipeline that processes real-time signals from music, ticketing, and social media into rich, actionable fan identity profiles.

• Has 5–8 years of experience in high-concurrency environments like fintech, payments, or marketplaces, having successfully navigated large-scale outages and production failures.
• Demonstrates an AI-first mindset, using coding agents as a core part of their daily workflow to maximize leverage and delivery speed.
• Possesses the technical maturity to handle the full AWS/CI-CD estate and the architectural rigor to design for scale before problems arise.
