Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience with Python.
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Experience with REST API and microservices development.
Strong knowledge of React.js.
Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script.
Experience with HTML5 and CSS

Experience with Redux and React Hooks.
Experience with responsive UI development.
Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.
MongoDB experience is preferred.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Git/Git Hub/Git Lab.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in enterprise-scale environments.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
Financial services or banking domain experience is good to have.
Experience with event-driven architectures is good to have.
Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ is good to have.
Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code is good to have.
Experience with unit testing frameworks such as PyTest or Jest is good to have.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React.
Build scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React.js.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Dev Ops, and QA teams.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best coding practices.
Work within Agile/Scrum development environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
