Principal Salesforce Engineer

Salary: £39,000 - 79,000 per year

• Extensive Salesforce development and engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce integrations, and platform architecture.
• Experience with Mule Soft, APIs, Dev Ops, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
• Financial Services or Asset Management experience preferred.
• Applicants legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom without the need for visa sponsorship preferred.

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions within our Asset Management environment.
• Design and build Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools.
• Develop integrations with enterprise platforms using APIs, Mule Soft, and event-driven architectures.
• Drive engineering best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and Dev Ops.
• Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to platform strategy, standards, and technical excellence.

We are a leading Asset Management platform based in London, and this role is hybrid with 3 days working onsite as mandatory. The position is available on an immediate start basis and may be offered as permanent, contract inside IR35, or fixed term contract.
