QA Automation Engineer London (Hybrid, 2 days per week) | £75,000  Benefits Looking for a QA role where automation and AI are at the heart of engineering? Working in Agile squads, they are investing heavily in automation, AI-assisted development, and modern engineering practices as they continue to scale.

The Role You will be responsible for driving automated testing across a web platform and backend services, helping ensure quality, reliability, and performance while reducing manual testing.

Key responsibilities include:

Building and maintaining automated test frameworks Creating UI and API test coverage across frontend and backend systems Supporting regression testing for platform enhancements and integrations Ensuring data accuracy and quality across complex systems Leveraging AI tools to accelerate testing, debugging, and test creation Contributing to CI/CD processes and quality best practices Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience with Java or Kotlin

Experience with API testing using tools such as Rest Assured or Postman UI automation experience using Selenium, Playwright, or similar Strong understanding of JSON, XML, APIs, and backend testing Experience building automation frameworks and strategies Familiarity with Jira and CI/CD environments Active use of AI tools within your engineering workflow, including Claude and N8N Passion for reducing manual effort through automation What They Offer Salary up to £75,000 Hybrid working with 2 days per week in the London office Private healthcare Pension contribution 25 days holiday Wellbeing support and regular team socials Opportunity to influence automation strategy and AI adoption Applicants must have full UK working rights.
