Databricks,AWS and Python, with React on the frontend where needed.
We'rebringing these tools together into a single, consolidated intelligence platform, and this role will play a part in that evolution.

You'llwork closely with the rest of the engineering team to turn requirements into reliable, well-engineered software.
This is a mid-level role suited to someone with solid full stack experience who is comfortable owning features end to end, wants to help shape a growing platform, and is motivated by building tools that have a genuine, tangible impact on real investigations.
We’re looking for someone who can find the balance between pragmatism and craftsmanship, knowing when to move fast and when to invest in the right foundations.

- Take ownership of features from design through deployment, including monitoring and support once in production.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues by working directly across the business toidentifyroot causes.
- Help evolve our engineering practices, tooling and CI/CD processes as the team and platform grow.
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, high-standard engineering culture.
