Build and scale advanced agentic systems and proprietary models to automate complex financial risk management workflows. You will fine-tune LLMs, develop robust evaluation frameworks, and deploy production-ready AI features that transform how institutions handle massive data volumes. This role bridges frontier research and high-impact engineering in a rapid-growth, mission-driven environment in London.

• Lead the development of sophisticated AI agents that automate high-stakes decision-making for global financial institutions.
• Join a high-velocity engineering team backed by top-tier global venture capital firms at a pivotal growth stage.
• Exercise significant ownership over AI strategy, from initial research and training to production-grade deployment and monitoring.

• Fine-tune large-scale models and vision systems to process complex documentation and conduct automated due diligence.
• Architect and maintain comprehensive benchmarking and evaluation pipelines to ensure the reliability of autonomous agentic workflows.
• Partner with product teams to translate state-of-the-art AI research into scalable features for a regulated production environment.

• 3+ years of experience in AI research or engineering with a track record of building and shipping agentic systems.
• Deep technical expertise in model training, fine-tuning, and modern MLOps practices for production-ready AI applications.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Type Script and a product-oriented mindset that prioritizes real-world impact.
