A leading global law firm is building a new R&D function focused on developing AI-enabled products and data-driven solutions. The team is being established to create innovative products that leverage the firm's data, knowledge and domain expertise s is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of the journey and play a key role in shaping both products and engineering standards.

You'll work with in a small, highly collaborative environment with significant ownership and visibility.

We're looking for an AI Engineer to build production-grade AI products, agentic workflows and intelligent document-processing solutions. You'll take ownership of AI capabilities from design through deployment, working across backend services, orchestration layers and user-facing applications.

• Build AI-enabled product features used by lawyers and business stakeholders
• Develop agentic workflows
  , tool-calling systems and orchestration frameworks
• Design and implement RAG
  , retrieval and context management capabilities
• Build and maintain Python services, APIs and Type Script applications
• Implement evaluation
  , observability and monitoring frameworks for AI systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions
• Contribute to Docker
  , Kubernetes and CI/CD deployment workflows

Working Model:
Hybrid, 2 days per week in the Tower Bridge London office
