Senior .NET Developer

We're looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our team in London, United Kingdom in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will contribute to building high-quality, scalable software solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure timely, reliable, and efficient delivery. Your expertise in C#, strong T-SQL skills, and cloud technologies will help us design and maintain solutions that drive business impact.

Responsibilities Develop high-quality software and maintain technical documentation

Collaborate with product owners and architects to implement robust solutions

Provide accurate estimates and delivery timelines for software features

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks across the SDLCBuild unit tests and follow test-driven development practices

Deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code aligned with coding standards

Automate recurring tasks using appropriate tools and scripting

Mentor junior developers through design guidance and code reviews

Participate in backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions

Ensure software complies with modern technologies and best practices

Requirements8+ years of experience in professional software development

Proven experience delivering complex software solutions in leadership capacity

Strong understanding of software design patterns and testing methodologies

Expertise in C# and strong T-SQL experience, including query optimization and schema design

Extensive knowledge of relational databases and performance tuning

Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and cloud-native services

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Git, Jenkins, or Git Lab CIExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in Agile environments

Nice to have Experience in financial markets or regulated industries

Strong knowledge of security and compliance standards

Background in cloud migration and microservices design

Familiarity with Dev Ops and SRE best practices

Experience designing cloud solutions or architecture
