Fuse Energy is building an integrated energy company that develops solar, battery, and other generation projects, builds hardware, improves grid infrastructure, trades power in real time, applies AI across its business, and installs distributed energy in homes. It sells directly to consumers to reduce costs and pass savings on to customers.
Задачи:- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered consumer features, including personalised energy recommendations and AI-assisted onboarding
- Build and optimise internal AI tools to improve company productivity through automation and workflow enhancements
- Integrate AI-driven features into platforms in collaboration with backend engineers and data scientists
- Work with trading and operations teams to align AI models with real-time market conditions and energy pricing
- Improve AI models for trading strategies by anticipating market shifts using weather and demand forecasts
- Track applied AI and machine learning advances and apply them to energy-sector problems
- Monitor AI tools and models to ensure efficient and effective performance
- At least 3 years of engineering experience Backend engineering experience and practical experience or a strong interest in applied AI or machine learning
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language and familiarity with AI/ML libraries such as Tensor Flow or Py Torch
- Experience with large-scale models, including LLMs/VLMs, and deploying AI solutions into production
- Understanding of cloud technologies, containerisation, and scalable AI applications
- Ability to integrate AI/ML models into real-world applications with a focus on usability and performance
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to implementing AI solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with large datasets, particularly for demand and supply forecasting
