Granola builds a product introduced through its website, which helps people understand the product’s capabilities, features, and how to get started.

• Own the website’s development and take responsibility for the quality of shipped work
• Set the website’s direction and identify opportunities
• Improve the website’s SEO, performance, and accessibility
• Set a high creative and technical standard for the website
• Work with marketing and design on the homepage, feature pages, enterprise pages, and other product-explainer experiences
• Improve navigation, pricing, calls to action, and smaller updates
• Develop reusable components, page templates, and CMS workflows
• Build campaign landing pages and enable A/B testing
• Use experiment results to improve the website
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product colleagues, ask questions about briefs, and help shape solutions

• Experience designing and building websites, with work demonstrating visual judgment and technical ability
• Highly proficient in React, Type Script, and Tailwind, with a solid grasp of modern frontend architecture
• Confidence taking work from an initial idea into production
• Strong eye for typography, layout, hierarchy, and interaction, and understanding of how these support communication
• Comfortable exploring ideas in design tools and code
• Experience with reusable components, content management, or publishing workflows
• Interest in websites as a creative discipline that helps people understand a product and gives them a reason to try it
• Enjoy taking ownership, bringing ideas, and following them through
• Able to move between substantial redesigns and small improvements, using judgment about where additional polish will have the greatest impact

• The team works together in the office five days per week
