We're looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to join a growing London-based team and play a key role in designing and developing cutting-edge agentic AI systems that will power the next generation of enterprise automation.

What You'll Be Doing Designing and developing agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.

Building sophisticated LLM-powered applications, orchestration frameworks, memory architectures, and tool-use capabilities.

Developing custom AI workflows using large language models, retrieval systems, and multi-agent architectures.

Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to embed AI into real-world business processes.

Contributing to the architecture and evolution of a proprietary AI platform in a truly greenfield environment.

Evaluating emerging AI technologies and helping shape technical direction and best practices.

What We're Looking For Commercial experience designing and building AI, machine learning, or generative AI applications.

Strong Python engineering skills and experience developing production-grade software.

Hands-on experience with technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

Knowledge of modern AI frameworks including Lang Chain, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or similar technologies.

Deep understanding of LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, prompt engineering, agentic AI, and multi-agent systems.

Experience deploying, monitoring, and optimising AI solutions in production environments.

A builder's mindset with a passion for solving complex technical challenges from first principles.

Ability to commute to a London office once per week.

Desirable Experience AI orchestration and workflow frameworks.

Knowledge graph or semantic search technologies.

Model fine-tuning and evaluation.

MLOps, CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud-native deployment practices.

Experience developing autonomous agents and reasoning systems.
