Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to help us build and improve Site View using React, Java and AWS. If you enjoy working across front-end and back-end development, solving technical challenges and collaborating with an experienced team, we’d like to meet you!

As a Full Stack Developer at Keylane UK, you help develop Site View, our digital claims platform. Site View enables insurers to automate workflows, manage digital site visits and connect customers, claims teams and suppliers throughout the claims process. Your work helps make that experience easier to manage and follow. Keylane

You contribute throughout the development lifecycle, from prototyping and developing new features to testing and deployment. On the front end, you work with JavaScript, React, Redux Saga, HTML and CSS. On the back end, you use Java/J2EE, Maven, jOOQ and MySQL, with Docker and AWS forming part of the wider development environment.

Alongside building new functionality, you improve what is already there. You investigate application issues, resolve bugs and identify performance bottlenecks. You follow sound development practices and take responsibility for writing code that is secure, maintainable and reliable.

You work closely with fellow developers and colleagues across the business to understand requirements and translate them into practical solutions. Whether you are exploring a new feature or troubleshooting an existing one, you combine technical curiosity with attention to detail.

You join a small team of experienced developers working on Site View. Together, you build secure, scalable SaaS software for enterprise customers.

Collaboration is an important part of the role. You discuss technical challenges, share knowledge and work with colleagues from other departments. You are comfortable progressing your own work independently, while knowing when to involve others and work through a problem together.

Keylane develops SaaS platforms that help insurers modernise their operations and improve the service they provide to customers. Our Property & Casualty portfolio includes Axon and Site View, bringing together core insurance software and digital claims capabilities. Site View works alongside existing core systems, helping insurers improve their claims processes without replacing their entire technology landscape.
