THE ROLE:

Joining a growing platform engineering team, you will play a key role in rebuilding and enhancing core services that support customers globally. This is a hands-on senior engineering position where you'll own projects from design through to production while mentoring others and helping drive engineering best practice.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing, building and maintaining backend services, APIs and web applications. Owning features throughout their lifecycle Working across microservices and event-driven architectures. Collaborating with a wide range of technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mentoring engineers Helping drive technical decisions and platform modernisation initiatives. YOUR

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You will bring strong capability in:
Node.js and Type Script development. React and Next.js. GraphQL and REST API development. Microservices and event-driven architectures. Kafka or similar messaging technologies. PostgreSQL, MongoDB and Redis. AWS, Docker and CI/CD practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders THE BENEFITS:
You will receive a salary of up to £85,000 depending on experience.
