About the company
This early-stage technology company is building an AI-led operating system for capital markets and trading. Its initial product addresses the complex, operationally critical challenge of reconciling exotic and structured trades, with a long-term ambition to support workflows across the full trading lifecycle.
The company combines deep capital-markets insight with substantial early backing and is progressing from proof of concept toward production readiness. Its mission is to modernize fragmented, brittle institutional systems through intelligent automation and robust infrastructure.
The team values pragmatic execution, thoughtful problem-solving, high ownership, and close collaboration.
What the job entailsAs a Full Stack Engineer, you will help build and product ionize software at the intersection of artificial intelligence, capital markets, and workflow automation. The role has a strong backend focus, while requiring the flexibility to contribute across the stack in a small, fast-moving engineering team.
You will design and develop backend services and RESTful APIs using Python, FastAPI, and SQL Alchemy; work with relational databases; and build frontend functionality with React when needed. You will also deploy and operate applications on AWS, improve system robustness and security, and address edge cases and exception handling as the product matures.
The role offers significant autonomy and practical impact. You will collaborate closely with engineers and company leadership, turn high-level problems into effective solutions, contribute to technical discussions and code reviews, and help simplify complex systems for production use.
